About Enid 100
Similar to the Lance Cargill 100 Ideas initiative and the Okie Doke Okie 100, the citizens of Enid, Oklahoma have decided to do some proactive brainstorming and this is the place. This project is not related to the other two, we're just following their examples.
Advisory Board
An advisory board will be created and these ideas will eventually be taken to our city leaders.
Enid 100 is not funded by anyone.

Perhaps there could be a board that people could contact when they feel their civil rights have been violated and that boad could then tell them who they needed to contact or act as negotiators or mediators on the subject.
