About Enid 100
Similar to the Lance Cargill 100 Ideas initiative and the Okie Doke Okie 100, the citizens of Enid, Oklahoma have decided to do some proactive brainstorming and this is the place. This project is not related to the other two, we're just following their examples.
Advisory Board
An advisory board will be created and these ideas will eventually be taken to our city leaders.
Enid 100 is not funded by anyone.

There should be guidelines, or laws established for the people who stand on the side of the road, holding the business signs. Those poor people are out there rain, shine, or 15 degrees.
There has to be something to help those people out during harsh weather conditions. They obviously need money badly, so how about set certain weather criteria, and if it's bad, they can stand in the doorway. Just because the weather is bad, it shouldn't negatively affect their ability to make money. Make the stores comprimise.
