About Enid 100
Similar to the Lance Cargill 100 Ideas initiative and the Okie Doke Okie 100, the citizens of Enid, Oklahoma have decided to do some proactive brainstorming and this is the place. This project is not related to the other two, we're just following their examples.
Advisory Board
An advisory board will be created and these ideas will eventually be taken to our city leaders.
Enid 100 is not funded by anyone.

Develop a speciality wheat product that is made only from local Enid/Garfield County wheat. Find some distinctive that makes it "like no other". Market this products to major markets like New York pastry shops. (Think in terms of Colombian Coffee) It could be called Garfield Wheat. An old photo of the President Garfield could be used to brand it.
