About Enid 100
Similar to the Lance Cargill 100 Ideas initiative and the Okie Doke Okie 100, the citizens of Enid, Oklahoma have decided to do some proactive brainstorming and this is the place. This project is not related to the other two, we're just following their examples.
Advisory Board
An advisory board will be created and these ideas will eventually be taken to our city leaders.
Enid 100 is not funded by anyone.

How about finding some houses in Enid that are owned by the elderly or disabled, and help them clean up the outside. A few hours on a Saturday... I'm in!
How about setting up a few lemonade stands outside Wal Mart, and the Mall? (Once it's warm)Raise some money for a few of these projects we're talking about?

If I could add my two cents. How about organizing a not for profit organization made up of volunteers and then voted in representatives, by-laws, etc.
Getting support/materials from local businesses to do what you speak of. Kind of organizing what kind of work needs to be done, that type of thing.
